There are two styles of tutus.  The short petal tutus are 12" in length and waist stretches up to 28".  They fit ages 6 mos. to 6 years.  They have flower petals inside and come in many fun, bright colors.  The short tutus are the same size and come in the same colors and have 3 full layers.
